Dear Mr. Weisman,
I wish to advocate on the behalf of clients and professionals in the field of social services. It appears to me that some of the rules and customs in the social service field have been denying the rights of U.S. residents.
It is my understanding that professional licensing guidelines and laws should be in alignment with our nation’s foundational laws which are stated in our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution.
These documents clearly support our resident’s civil rights to pursue happiness, to have liberty, to freely associate and to have freedom of speech.
It appears to me that social service professionals in all states are threatened with the loss of their professional license if they have any sort of relationship other than a professional one with a client.
To correct this error, I suggest health department professionals inform clients of U.S. Declaration of Independence and Constitutional civil rights, and to counter concerns, I suggest informing clients of the following “General Guidelines for Healthy Relationships:”
—An understanding and practice of good nutrition, detoxification, regular meals and snacks (low blood sugar can make people irritable, as well as some medicines and even allergenic and man-made ingredients in foods*), —Adequate exercise; this can help reduce stress and boost helpful endorphins, —Mutual respect and courtesy; everyone’s soul has the same value, (note the language in our Declaration of Independence specifically states that the 13 united states of America agreed it was fair they could separate from England because of “the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them.” Just as the states have a separate and equal station, so do individuals. As I see it, according to the Laws of Nature’s God, everyone’s soul is of equal and great importance. —Ability to empathize, —Ability to communicate needs, wants, feelings and to use civil, de-escalating words to resolve conflicts and to de-escalate strong feelings, —Ability to understand one’s own needs, comfort zone/”boundaries” and tendencies and relay these kindly to others and stand up for them to be honored. —An understanding of power and manipulation and imbalanced dynamics in relationships and ways to compensate, avoid, reduce and resolve these types of issues. —An understanding of the consequences of unhealthy relationships, and consequences if a client or a professional is taken advantage of, —Ability to note how trust is developed, —Practice thinking through why honesty is important, —A knowledge of “I feel” statements and when they might be helpful, —That doing fun activities together can keep or revive harmony, —What the problems are with mind-altering substances, —How to brainstorm for creative win-win solutions, —That if in divorce if we can see God as above both houses, there can be more harmony and peace—“we can have separate yet equal stations.” —We might note that our founders were thinking only of the Christian, Jewish, Catholic faiths when they set up freedom of religion as a civil right. —Among diverse faiths, for harmony in relationships, we can affirm, encourage and pray for expression of the high virtues and well-intended traditions in one another’s religions. —That mental health professionals in the U.S. can follow what some European countries do, and acknowledge that some people might be “spiritually possessed”—that any of us might be greatly or somewhat afflicted by unseen dark spiritual forces and our brothers and sisters might need help from people familiar with the New Testament and who have been baptized in water and with the Holy Spirit to clear these. (This awareness may also be helpful in peacefully resolving personal, interpersonal, international and domestic conflicts.) —Residents may note that in the Holy Bible, version: http://biblehub.com/interlinear/genesis/1.htm, read Hebrew to English from right to left, it indicates that humans were created by “elohim” – and it is possible that the small “e” refers to a group, while later there is Elohim with a big “E” which may refer to the group leader. Elohim, “YHWY,” The LORD, Yesuah’s Father all relay guidance for Northern Hemisphere humans. (The group could have consisted of males and females.) —Note that Moses, David, Jeremiah and many other accounts in the Holy Bible relay guidance from God by intuitive listeners who are referred to as prophets because what they said came to pass. –Yesuah, called “Jesus” from ‘Iseous, the Greek word meaning Son of God, simplified the 10 Commandments which encourage us to first establish a relationship with our Father in heaven and next, to love one another as we love ourselves. —Also note that there are places in the Holy Bible where God directs us to care for our bodies as a temple and to respect and care for animals, plants and the Earth. The earth is said to be like a mother to us. —Also many do not notice that the Holy Bible recounts very ancient ways, and some shocking ancient religious cults (off-track cultures) that practiced infant sacrifice, for dark energy cultivation, and followers of God were instructed to sacrifice certain animals in ancient times, which did sustain the priests and people at that time. Later, in the book of Isaiah, Chapter 1, God relays that obedience is more important than trying to compensate for errors by offering sacrifices. – A contemporary listener of God reports that God “doesn’t have a name” only “I AM.” (I understand this to be because “How can we correctly name what we can’t completely comprehend?” and also quite possibly because there can be many names in many cultures on this planet as well as in the universe for “God” and we shouldn’t let human-scale names divide those who are listeners of the teachings of “I AM.”
The information I have suggested for a booklet could be a great benefit in preventing relationship and other conflicts if it can get out to residents in Washington and the U.S.
I would like to know how soon you will implement my requests. I have been bothered by these civil rights issues since I became aware of problems since 1995, when I lived in a different state. It has been a source of stress, grief and hindrance for me and probably others as well.

* See this article: and book: https://www.wholeapproach.com/newsletter/archives/2003/04_April.html — This may be the book I read by an orthomolecular/environmental doctor on this topic: Brain Allergies: The Psychonutrient and Magnetic Connections, by William H. Philpott, M.D. and Dwight K. Kalita, Ph.D. – In the book I read, several individuals were put on a spring water dietary fast for 4 days then one food added at a time. First foods were things like green vegetables and rice. An adult man appeared normal yet after his favorite cream cheese was introduced, he went to the next room and went under a table; a 5 year old child diagnosed as autistic was put on the springwater diet, and began making eye contact and give a hug to her mother and start speaking. As food was introduced, 5 kinds of fruit including grapes caused the child to regress into the autistic state!
I will be sending a certified copy in the mail.
